Items saved in your cart are not guaranteed until your purchase is completed and a reference code is provided. We recommend completing your order promptly to secure your desired items.

How do I pick up my purchased items?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a reference number. To pick up your items at our designated location, please provide this reference number and the buyer's name.

What is your return policy for purchases?
All sales are final. Please note that when buying preloved items, there is a possibility that minor damage has occurred. We encourage you to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
